### Does a report exist for this bug with the project's home (upstream) and/or another distro?

None. This is not reproducible with the flatpak build of KiCad.

### Expected behaviour

### Actual behaviour

Unable to interact with the pcbnew main view. It does not redraw until I switch to another window.

Eeschema does not seem to be affected.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open pcbnew
2. attempt to interact with the main view, e.g. pan (middle-click drag)

can't reproduce this. xorg/i3 with amd gpu.

Got the same problem, also using amdgpu with plasma. Issue was also that fallback graphics was selecte. 
In earlier versions accelerated graphics was the default, to me the problem appears to be the new default of fallback graphics.
