This is used by sagemath, no recompilation needed. Quick test in sage and in python:

There is no changelog other than the github releases page (https://github.com/fplll/fplll/releases and https://github.com/fplll/fpylll/releases). Should I add those to `changelog=` in the template? The homepage already points to github.
