I suggest that we remove -Wno-implicit from CFLAGS. It obscured the
fact that term.h isn't being included in terminfo.c and thus the
implicit declaration was causing a segfault on IA-64.

Yes, I agree. It's been there for years --- probably before configure ---
and since then the headers have been much better handled, so any remaining
error messages really need fixing properly.
