That's correct.  Each /mla/workers/{1995..2020}/ directory is
a separate mhonarc repository («'| { cd $(date +%y) &&
mhonarc -add; }'», basically), so inter-year threading won't happen.

I don't actually know a reason we couldn't have a single,
monolithic archive, though.
