Sorry to put this on the list, but I've been trying to
send mail to Kenji Arisawa <arisawa@ar.aichi-u.ac.jp> for a few days
and my mail is always returned as undeliverable due to

	achille% telnet /net.alt/tcp!9srv.net!smtp
	connected to /net.alt/tcp!ar.aichi-u.ac.jp!smtp on /net.alt/tcp/112
	refused
	achille%

Perhaps he can read this and let me know what's up.

Wait, you telnet to the smtp port of 9srv.net and achille tries to
connect you to ar.aichi-u.ac.jp?  That seems pretty wrong; I don't
think those two sites have anything to do with each other.  I should
note I can connect to both 9srv.net and ar.aichi-u.ac.jp (on the SMTP
port) from my Mac, though ar.aichi-u.ac.jp never gives a 220 banner.

sorry, it's a snarfo.

i snarfed the line off the screen to paste into the 9fans
message after i had modified it to try the other recipient
of the mail which bounced.

ar.aichi-u.ac.jp definitely refuses.

Mails to arisawa@ar.aichi-u.ac.jp are currently rejected
because of huge amount of spam/virus mails.

Oh, I am annoyed with my fossil server for ar.aichi-u.ac.jp,
because that hangs up very often.
I believe the reason is hard disk trouble.
I will replace it with new one in a few days.
