When updating documentation for the `M-m' -> `C-c C-m' change I
noticed that emacs treat `C-c C-m' as `C-c RET'.
To be consistent with `C-h m' etc, we should probably use `C-c RET' in
documentation, but that would lose the mnemonic. Should we mention
both (and the mnemonic?), explaining that they are the same? Sort of
confusing too. What about `C-c m'? Hmm.

Please don't do that. 'C-c' followed by a letter is reserved for user
key bindings.

Right. Hm. But the `C-x RET' family of keybindings should also be
called `C-x C-m' if we wanted to have mnemonics.
For the moment, I think it is better to be consistent.
But in the long run, maybe it would be a good idea to convert both
`C-x RET' and `C-c RET' to the more mnemonic form.
