since it is the mkfiles that are the ''problem'' it would be best to put
the information into them.
note that it would not be possible to use the full path to the shell,
since atleast rc would be possible to find in different locations. which
means that the current use of execl() in plan9/src/cmd/mk/unix.c would
have to be replaced with execlp().
