Article buffer is not a part of that hierarchy.  For example, pressing 
RET or SPC doesn't get you to the Article buffer.

A while ago, someone has asked Lars to make `q' in Summary buffer
perform `/ w' if there are any limits available.  Lars refused because 
he thought that `q' shouldn't change its meaning.  I agree.
