I don't think so. I don't think a user that want "a" to "just work"
in folders with personal mail is necessary any more advanced than a
user that want "a" to "just work" in folders with mailing lists.
If we want MFT to just work, maybe we should change the parameter
interface. E.g. have a single parameter
mail-address
which states the main mail address associated with the folder, and
another
mail-type
Unknown (default)
Personal use m-a for "a", don't set
Open List use m-a for "a", set MFC
Closed List use m-a for "a" and "f", set MFC
which state what type of folder it is.
We can add more later (like Outgoing or News Gateway), if necessary.
The "to-list" and "to-address" parameters should then be recognized
for backward compatibility, but no longer be part of customize UI or
main documentation.
