I’ll try that.  In the meantime I’ve added myself to the waitlist to borrow it from the Internet Archive.  I’m a little surprised that the University of Arizona library doesn’t have a copy and neither do any of the other libraries their search engine can find.  I’ll probably try to figure out how to Interlibrary Loan it, since that may well arrive faster than the IA version.
