This message of yours had no MFT.  Can you post the configuration you
had at the time?

I have this in my .emacs:
(setq message-subscribed-regexps (gnus-find-subscribed-addresses))
But message-subscribed-regexps was nil just now.  Do I have to start
Gnus before g-f-s-a will work?

That variable's value should be a list, even if there is only one
regexp in the list.
