Ah, sorry for my misunderstanding.
Yes, I also have users who find the header confusing. But I think
that showing References was done on purpose: sometimes the header can
get long, then users can delete part of it.
But maybe these days the References header is shortened
automatically, so that this is not an argument any more.
Let's generate References on sending, too.
